Some amendments have taken place in the recent past which are relevant for CA (Final) Nov. 2010 Exams. These amendments relate to:
1. The Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009.
2. The Competition (Amendment) Act, 2009.
3. SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and 2010.
All such amendments have already been incorporated in the latest editions of Munish Bhandari books (11th edition of 'Corporate and Allied Laws - Questions and Answers', and 8th Edition of 'A Handbook on Corporate and Allied Laws – Tabular Form').
However, the students who have earlier editions of these books can refer to amendments by downloading the file attached herewith.
